Overview: Secret of UM

Unified Messaging (UM) is new to the Exchange product line. After Exchange 2007 UM servers have been deployed on the network, users can access their messages from a telephone using Outlook Voice Access, from a mobile device, or from a computer.

Unified Messaging combines voice messaging, fax, and e-mail messaging into one store, accessible from a telephone and a computer. Exchange 2007 Unified Messaging integrates Exchange Server with telephony networks and brings the Unified Messaging features to the core of Exchange Server.

To start the demo, please follow these steps:
1. Call 021-5763945 using any regular telephone.
2. To access the mailbox, dial either "881" (David Bond) or "882" (John Doe).
3. Listen and follow the next instructions guided by the UM operator.

If the UM operator ask you to enter the PIN number, please type "1234" and followed by "#" key. Now, you are ready with the OVA.

Outlook Web Access (OWA)

Follow this link https://mail.kairos-it.com/OWA to open OWA, or type it in address bar of your Internet browser. If the screen asks you to fill in user name and password, type "kairos\davidb" and "password.1". Now, you are ready with the OWA.
